<p>She Sparkles ✨️ has been life-changing for me. It opened my eyes to the power of self-love and gave me the tools to set healthy boundaries. I&#039;ve learned to say &#039;no&#039; without guilt and to truly enjoy the moment I&#039;m in. There&#039;s no room for negative talk, only positivity.</p><p>I&#039;ve also learned to respond instead of react. If someone speaks negatively about me, it no longer affects me — I now understand that it&#039;s a reflection of them, not me. My peace is my priority. It&#039;s priceless, and it&#039;s mine.</p><p>I&#039;ve also learned to show up for myself, whether it&#039;s through walking, dancing, or simply choosing joy.</p><p>Before I joined, I was really down — my smile had completely disappeared. But now, thanks to God and the incredible Coach Rosedee, my smile is back, and so is my joy. I&#039;m forever grateful for this journey!</p>
